Depression or Thinking Of Suicide? Don’t Worry. You Aren’t Alone.

Do you keep saying “I hate my life?”. Well, you are depressed. Depression can happen to anyone at any time. First of all, depression is not a disease it is a feeling of severe despondency and dejection. Depression especially happens to the introverts. It happens to those who don’t share their problem with anyone and keep it to themselves. Depression doesn’t differentiate rich or poor it can come to anyone.

Depression or Thinking Of Suicide

I perfectly understand being alone is great to an introvert. But, sometimes sharing your problems, even with strangers can solve your problem.

Not getting Job, not getting good grades, not seeing your dreams passing by, doing things which you don’t like, heartbreaks, not having the good relationship with your parents, bullied at school or one sided love.

These are the main reason for the depression in today’s world. In the United States, 34,598 people die by suicide each year, an average of 94 completed suicides every day. In India, someone attempts a suicide every 3 seconds.

People commit suicide because they can’t endure the pain anymore. If you ever thought of committing a suicide than you actually don’t deserve a good place in this world. The world rewards people who come against all odds, not the ones that quit this game. The only person that can do anything for you, is the one you see in the mirror every single day. NOBODY OWES YOU ANYTHING, AND NOBODY CAN HELP YOU OUT.

When you seek for happiness than you will always be unhappy.

Not fame, not grades, not money, not pride can make you happy but always focus on two things: meaning & purpose. Meditate on these two words you will always be happy.

See, everyone goes through tough times. You aren’t alone who is going through those days. Life isn’t constant. There is no constant happiness or constant sadness. Some days the skies will be gray, that’s life and nobody can have control over it. Have you ever heard someone say “I never had a bad day in my life?” No, right? me neither.

Without ups & down we won’t be alive in this world. There is always the light at the end of the tunnel. Soon everything is going to be okay and if it’s not okay then it’s not the end.

The world will not appreciate the good that you do but will try to drag you down for one mistake that you make. Rise above that criticism & stay strong. Don’t let compliment get to your head & don’t let criticism get to your heart.

Is there something that you are worrying about today? To worry means to allow something to revolve in your mind over and over again. And if you keep on worrying about one thing or stay anxious; then that worry will steal your peace and joy.

don't worry about anything

It affects every area of your life. Have you heard the saying “don’t worry yourself sick”? That’s because worrying affects your physical body. It affects your sleep. You won’t ever gain anything by worrying; in fact, you’ll lose precious moments that you can never get back again.

We’ve all been in seasons of life when we feel like things aren’t going our way, or we’re not where we want to be. In these times, it’s tempting to let discouragement and doubt come in and take away the peace and excitement you once had.

The key is to not get upset about your circumstances. Instead, be determined to walk through to victory.

Happiness & joy doesn’t last outside of yourself. Choose a life full of love & support.
