Successful people don’t always like this stuff themselves, but they just get on and do that. Never be afraid to take a risk in life. You will fail most likely but failure going after your dreams is nothing compared to the failure that is settling for a life that you don’t want. The Pomodoro Technique.
Did you know that a simple timer is one of the most useful productivity tool available? When you face a large task or multi-task; it’s hard to stay focused for a longer period of time before you are distracted by time-sucking social media, emails and many other things. But when you break this large task into short intervals that are timed where you take short breaks, you train your brain to focus for a short period, but in those short period, you get a lot of work done. Pomodoro Technique works as follow
- Choose a task to be completed
- Set a timer for 25 minutes and solely focused on that task.
- When the timer goes off after 25 minutes, take a 5 minutes break.
- Then reset for another 25 minutes
- After four periods of these 25 minutes blocks, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.

Do it now attitude.
You should have to do it now attitude if you want to become a Successful Entrepreneur. Even though if you don’t have any mood to complete your task you should keep telling yourself I have to do it now. When you are consciously telling yourself to do it now whether it’s task to be completed or problem needs to be solved, it’s much easier just to get it over and done with now rather than leaving it for later. Try it!
For 99% of people, multitasking will actually make you less productive. The human brain isn’t wired to do multitask; it’s a weakness, not strength to multitask. Multitasking will only be useful if you are doing two things that don’t require a lot of mental effort. But for most activities multitasking will give you a bad result.
Don’t be so accessible.
It takes an average of 25 minutes for you to refocus on your original task after you are distracted. Limit distractions such as answering email or calls for periods when you need to get a lot of work done. Avoid social networking site when you want laser-focus on your project.

Plan for the next day the night before.
The most productive way to get a solid start to the day is to write a to-do list, the night before. When you don’t write a to-do list, you will find yourself wasting time in the morning instead of getting things done.
Use a pen, paper or smartphone app to write down ideas.
Let’s be honest, multiple times in your life you have a great idea, neglecting to write it down, then a few days later you remember you had a superb idea but totally forget what the idea was! With virtual notepad in your pocket today (smartphones), it’s an easy habit to implement by writing down all your ideas you have throughout the day.
Work In Right Celsius Temperature.
Did you know that working in 21-25 degree Celsius temperature will make you more efficient, and working in degrees below or above this range will make you less productive? It may sound crazy to you, but it’s a fact.

This is the best way you can motivate yourself. After completing a large task, you can reward yourself by going for an outing with your friends or doing things which make you happy.
Learn To Say “NO” To New Projects.
To save from spreading yourself too thin on dozens of projects, you need to learn to say no to new shiny projects that will potentially just end up distracting you from your main project.

Get enough sleep.
