Involve others in creating your own reality
Someone would have thought that to be oneself means to be independent regarding the relationship. On the contrary, to be ourselves, we have to be realistic, reality, as we know, involves concrete and many other issues that we prefer. The mistake many of us make when it comes to creating their reality, it happens at the moment when we should agree with others over what we share. We would like things to be a certain way and that there is no need necessarily for testing and comparing with the others. Frustration and satisfaction by the reality occur when we are sure that it cannot be so, and we wish to retreat from the relationship.
