We can define loneliness as sadness or rejection. Loneliness is excruciating as you have no one to share your feelings with, and what happens throughout the day. But why do we feel lonely? Rejection from your partner (Breakup) is the most common reason for Loneliness today. Not getting good grades, not getting a good job & not clearing the interview… and the list continues. For all those having hard times right now, remember it’s only temporary.
Don’t Isolate Yourself
Many of us keep things in our hearts. We don’t tell anyone what we are going through. We try to live in our own world because we fear that others will not listen to us or make fun of us. But by keeping things in your heart, you are only undermining your own self-esteem.
We start building a wall by not mixing up with others. Do not do this, this will only worsen your situation. Get out of your home, try to talk to people. Keep Yourself Busy
Don’t sit idle. Do things that you normally enjoy with others. Example, watch movies with your friends, listen to your favorite band or go for an outing. Else try something new which is of your interest. Join music classes, if you have the keen interest in music. Learn new language if you are curious. By doing these things you will find new friends and that too of your interest and it will easily help you get rid of your loneliness.
Be kind to yourself
You know what? it’s okay to be confused, angry, stuck, hurt & cry but above all be kind to yourself and refuse to let negative feelings trigger you into waging wars with yourself.

Understand that everyone has to battle with loneliness
Have you ever met someone who has told you that life has always given him happiness? Mentally, you need to understand that everyone goes through this lonely condition.

Whenever you feel lonely share your problems with people you like and trust. First of all, we feel relaxed and half of our problems seem to fade away when we speak our heart out. Sharing your problem with someone worthy can definitely help you out every time.
This is the simplest method to get away from loneliness. We all go through some tough times in our life but these are tests put in your way to make you stronger. He does so just to make sure you are well prepared for the next big thing in your life.
Admit that a person always grows in tough times; not in easy time. So instead of yelling at him that he has given you a problem. Thank him as you have no idea of the bigger picture he has for you.
