An Open Letter To The Boys

An Open Letter To The Boys

Men are considered superior to the women.

The society has a wrong assumption about Boys. ‘Men Don’t Cry,’ and if they do, the community insults them. People around him will mock him.

Boys are always told to remain strong, whereas a girl can remain weak that would be okay.

Women want respect, and most of the guys are seen paying respect to them, but they don’t want to pay back it back. In fact, the number of women misusing their powers in the name of equality and empowerment is growing each year. It is the boys that suffer from this abuse of power.

Women cry for equality, but do you know? Women are more likely to be hired over their male counterparts if they are qualified for the job. (source) Heck, they can even get if they are not qualified, but are confident and smart enough to take on the position.

Equality in dating. A girl has a hundred options, while a guy has just one or maybe two. When that guy decides to shower his love to that one girl, she won’t reciprocate (in most cases). Not to mention, some girls even use boys to their advantage. Guys, If you text her Good morning in the dawn, and she replies in the dawn (Considering she has done it before) than just Move on for the sake of self-respect.

That being said, we firmly believe that boys are being ignored in the present day and age.

open letter to the boys

To the boy whose love was not reciprocated.

You are Brave.

To the boy who has got bad breaks every time.

You are brave.

To the boy whose father tells him he is not sufficient.

You are brave.

To the brown guy who curses himself whenever he looks at himself in the mirror.

You are brave.

To the boy who will not go home as his parents are always fighting.

You are brave.

To the boy who wears long sleeve just to hide all of his scars.

You are brave.

To the boy who watches the girl falling in love with someone else whom he loves the most.

You are brave.

To the boy who cries every day at night.

You are brave.

To the boy who has to take care of his family, but is not able to meet the ends.

You are brave.

To the boy who doesn’t have friends to laugh with.

You are brave.

To the boy who doesn’t have the best physical attributes.

You are brave.

To the guy reading this… You are awesome, and I promise you there is someone who loves you. If you are a girl, please understand boy’s do have emotions, and they too cry sometimes.

If a girl goes through the same problem, they would have unlimited support at their disposal. Even an unknown guy will be willing to help them.

But what about the boy? No one seems to help them.

They lock themselves in a room because they live with the fear that a single drop of tears from his eyes will be regarded as fragile.
