In the world full of fake masks, full of betrayed people & full of liars it is very difficult to have a peace of mind.

People will change, people will hurt you & people will betray you, but I would say it is you who force them to do. If you don’t allow them to cheat they won’t cheat you & similarly, if you don’t allow them to hurt then they won’t hurt you.

The biggest mistake we made in our lives is that we believe what people say about us. If they tell you that you are weak, you believe them; if they tell you that you ain’t good looking you believe them. But I want to tell you one thing people don’t determine your destiny.

So don’t you worry because promotion doesn’t come from people.

These five hacks will help you in getting peace of mind that you need & deserve.


Organize your tasks

Do the hard tasks in the morning, and enjoy peace of mind for the rest of the day.

Easy jobs won’t take much of your energy and would help you charge up. Try to do one hard job at a time. Multi-tasking is great, but it steals your peace of mind so I would recommend do only one task at a particular time but do that task perfectly.

An organization isn’t about efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving your life.


Don’t worry about what others think

This is the easiest mantra to stay stressed free forever. It looks hard, but on trying, you will actually focus on your thing more other than somebody judging you.

You should be conscious of giving yourself a reality check all the time but don’t bother anyone. If people are not laughing at your goals than your goals are too small. Let them say what they want and let your Success silence them.Stay in peace no matter what life throws at you. Make a declaration today my peace will not be affected by anyone in your heart right now only.

You can’t control everything!

It’s okay to let things go. You can’t always control things. Sometimes things aren’t going your way it is frustrating, and I completely agree with you. But what is the point of being sad always remember that few things maybe wrong but there are many good things that are also happening with you right now?

We always focus what is wrong with us instead of focusing what is right with us. You can’t force people to love you & in a similar way you can’t control everything. So better stay calm and enjoy what this Life throw at you.


Take a deep breath

Okay, this is the most effective way and easy as well. Simply stroll trough a window, look outside, take a full deep breath, concentrate just on that breath and nothing else in the entire world.

You will feel the body stiffness going away that cools your mind, and you feel much much relaxed. Sometimes seeing kids playing in the park will give you unconditional happiness. Trust me. Try once.

How beautifully is to think that God is always in control no matter what happens. Stay in peace as God has got your back. Sometimes we pray for some things that we desperately need  & when God doesn’t do that thing we get disappointed.

Always remember God’s plan is always better than your plan. Stay calm when God doesn’t listen to your prayer as God has so something better for you in store.
